Employee Used City Vehicle In Truck Convoy: AG

The city auditor general has released the report concerning the municipal fraud and waste hotline.

Among the faux pas was this: “An employee used, without authorization, a City vehicle to participate in the
convoy protest during working hours. The employee voluntarily resigned from the City.”

That’s an interesting amount of oversight the management of that department showed. And it had to be found, not by management, but by someone ratting on the offender. Good grief.
