Now that we are approaching the fourth anniversary of squandering $2.2 billion on a light-line that doesn’t work, it’s interesting to see the players who took part in the unveiling of Ottawa’s greatest boondoggle.

This video features the inimitable Kanata South Councillor Allan Hubley tooting a wooden whistle and discovering he doesn’t know where Kanata is.

With leadership like this, what could possibly have gone wrong with the noversight of a project that should have been dead simple to build? LRT is a known technology, unlike say building spaceships to Mars.
