Governments know the issue concerning the homeless has been a long-standing problem that has been discussed ad nauseum, however, no serious action has been taken to resolve the issue. So, I guess the homeless decided to get serious and take things into their own hands. And good for them. Now we’ll find out if the government is willing to actually do something other than talk about resolving the homeless situation. If not, these encampments have the potential of swelling into villages, towns and small cities within cities.
