I believe that Watson is hoping to help Ottawa Community Housing improve its finances by managing regular bake sales in each of their buildings.
Only in Canada. A disgraced and arguable incompetent ex-mayor gets hired by a municipal corporation, and in Alberta a competent public health doctor gets fired by AHS even before she can take up the position
