We’re Broadcasting Live Police Services Board Meeting

Interesting that one of the Chief’s few comments was that he’s looking to hire 435 more officers and 120 more civilian employees. Sounds like the “listening” he professes to have done in the community didn’t hear the many voices of those community members asking for a different model of policing that would provide non-officer interventions where the issues may be mental health-related as opposed to criminal.
