When Will AG, OPP, RCMP Probe Ottawa City Hall?

Wonder when the city auditor general will look into the cosy relationship between the development industry and the municipal government here in Ottawa.

Or maybe the OPP or the RCMP.

And when will Nathalie Gougeon take a peek at the stinky procurement for the Trillium Line light-rail project?

She’s had since Nov. 30, 2022 (the end of the provincial inquiry) to probe it. Gougeon said areas of the LRT scandal that weren’t covered by the Queen’s Park probe would be under her microscope.

At last word from the city AG’s office, it looks like it might fall off the end of the AG’s agenda because she doesn’t have time. If Gougeon doesn’t have time for the Trillium Line procurement, she doesn’t have time for anything.

Guess it’s not important enough.
