    Someone should tell Environment Canada that the fog hasn’t lifted from the Lisgar/Elgin/Laurier area for years. It may not be weather-related but it’s serious nonetheless. It’s caused by an excess of hot air and probably more impactful on the populace than one caused by high humidity.

    There’s another fog patch, of course, that runs north from Sparks Street to the Ottawa River. It has related spots around the Ottawa-Gatineau area as well.
