Who Broke The Live Electric Wire On Hwy. 174?

Isn’t it interesting that the culture of not taking responsibility has developed at Ottawa City Hall.

The office of Councillor Matthew Luloff said it can confirm that stage 2 LRT work had nothing to do with a live electrical wire falling across Highway 174.

However, Hydro One, a provincial organization with no axe to grind on LRT, said stone-drilling machinery being used on stage 2 caused vibrations might have broken the line.

So who would you believe? The City of Ottawa or Hydro One?

The choice is yours.
