You’re imagining fairness as a concept that is known and applied at City Hall by the staff and/or elected representatives.
I wait with bated breath to see how the new Sens leadership gets along with the new City Hall leadership. It was no secret that Jim Watson had difficulty even being in the same room as Eugene Melnyk let alone working with him and he took pleasure in scuttling any Melnyk-originated ideas/proposals that he could. Maybe that’s not a part of the Watson Legacy that Sutcliffe is planning to uphold but Andlauer will have his work cut out for him to get a toe into the OSEG-owned-and-operated Ottawa City Hall.
